Appartamento dei Ronchi si trova pochi passi dal mare nella bellissima località chiamata Ronchi, di Marina di Massa.
E' stato appena ristrutturato e presenta arredi di prima classe che esaltano la vostra permanenza qui.
A circa 120 Metri trovate il mare della Versilia con le sue spiagge ed invece direttamente sotto il palazzo trovate vari negozi tra cui: due bar, alimentari, tabacchino, macelleria e noleggio biciclette, il tutto raggiungibile scendendo le scale.
L'appartamento dei Ronchi è posto al primo piano di un palazzo sulla via parallela al lungomare e dalla sua grande terrazza privata che, oltre a prendere il sole e mangiare all'aperto, vi permette anche di godervi il panorama dei monti ed un piccolo scorcio di mare.
A disposizione 1 posto auto privato.
Durante l'estate, Ronchi, è caratterizzata di una vita notturna con esposizioni, mercati e spettacoli.
Appartamento si trova al primo piano - c'è un ascensore - comunque dalla entrata c'è da superare 5 scalini prima di prendere l'ascensore. (Handicap)

- Grandissimo Open space composto da zona tv con divano letto per due persone; soggiorno con ulteriore divano letto; area con tavolo da pranzo per 8 Persone. Il tutto circondato da molte finestre e accessi sulla terrazza che rendono tutto l'appartamento molto luminoso.
- Cucina con tavolino per 4 Persone, 4 Fuochi cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè.
- Bagno con vasca, doccia, lavandino e bidet.
- Ripostiglio con lavatrice.
L'intero appartamento è circondato su 3 lati da un'enorme terrazzo di circa 130mq con tavolo da pranzo per 8 Persone, ombrellone e sdraio. Da qui sono visibili sia il mare (poco) e i monti.

Sehr großzügiges Appartment (1. Etage) mit großer Veranda (Richtung Meer). Sehr gute Ausstattung - und alles funktioniert! Top!!!
Lage: Freundliche Bäckerin um die Ecke, ebenso ein kleiner Park. Kurzer Fußweg zur gut gesicherten und für Kinder optimalen 'spiaggia libera' sowie zu einem großen, schattenreichen Spielplatz für die kids. Im Parterre gibt's eine ital. Bar.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und hatten gemeinsam eine sehr schöne Zeit in Ians Unterkunft. Er war sehr flexibel bezüglich an und Abreise und hat uns zur Anreise noch einmal rechtzeitig mit dem genauen Standort versorgt und schon auf der Straße auf uns gewartet und uns zum leicht versteckten aber sehr guten und abgesicherte Privatparkplatz geleitet. Ian war ein toller Gastgeber und stand, wenn man es wollte, jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Selbst für eine sehr zeitige Abreise kam er extra vorbei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar. Sie hat eine zentrale Lage. Im Wohnzimmer ist viel Platz. Für 5 Personen erscheint sie mir perfekt

Wonderful stay!
It was a very pleasant stay. Contact with Ian (contact person) was good and very nice. During our stay we also had contact with him and this also went very quickly and quickly.
Our stay was wonderful. Very large apartment and especially lovely balcony where you could really enjoy wonderful evenings in Italy with many people.
Apartment was equipped with all conveniences, like previous reviews it is a pity that the apartment does not have air conditioning, that would have been very nice.
And the road in front of the apartment was busy but not very disturbing.
The sea was within walking distance, we used one of the beach tents and their beds that week, this was very nice also because it was nice and quiet.
Our temporary local pub "Novecento Pub" is recommended to enjoy good cocktails and small snacks in the evening!
In short, a very successful stay!

We had an amazing holiday in this apartment. We really enjoyed everything about the apartment except the minor detail that there was only dull knives.

Die Wohnung war super schön und total modern. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, alles super. Das einzigste was fehlte war eine Klimaanlage, wir hatten zum Glück nicht über 30 grad, da ging es noch einigermaßen. Die Lage ist toll, sehr zentral. Aber abends dann natürlich sehr laut.

Ottima accoglienza, indicazioni chiare. Casa strategica a pochi passi dal mare e dai principali servizi (bar, tabaccheria, edicola, salumeria) a pochi km da Forte e dal centro di Massa. Noi abbiamo usata per visitare tutte le località nei dintorni (Lucca, Pisa, cinque terre, cave di Carrara etc)

Die Wohnung ist wierklich sehr grosszügig und nah am Meer gelegen. Die Strasse ist laut aber das haben wir ja gewusst. Von der Bar die direkt unter der Wohnung liegt, hat man nicht viel gehört. Die Terasse ist echt wunderschön! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Un alloggio favoloso. L’appartamento è molto più bello dal vivo che nelle foto. La terrazza è stupenda. Abbiamo fatto sempre colazione all’aperto e cenato col tramonto. Tornerò sicuramente. Ordine e pulizia impeccabile. Zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Ian gentile e disponibile!

Ian hat gute Tipps gegeben und war für Fragen offen, sehr gut erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt den Fotos und ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen.

Klimaanlage wäre für den 5 Stern nötig gewesen, ansonsten super.

Três bien situé à Massa, a 150 mètres des plages, la plage public étant à environ 8 minutes à pied ( accès facile). En période de grosses chaleurs un peu bruyant car les fenêtres doivent rester ouvertes ( les ventilateurs n’étant pas suffisants). Sinon très spacieux et avec toutes les commodités. Ian est toujours à disposition si besoin, une approche très agréable quand on ne parle pas l’italien.

Ottima posizione, appartamento spaziosissimo con un terrazzo immenso, pulito e curato, tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze, a due passi dal mare, aria condizionata sarebbe un plus.

Ian un perfetto host. L'appartamento è spazioso, vicino al mare e funzionale.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr nah am Strand, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, kann ruhig 6 beherbergen. Wird etwas warm nachts, aber mit den Ventilatoren kann man damit leben, etwas laut, da auf der Straße einiges los ist und die Fenster relativ dünn, aber nach dem 3. Tag gewohnt man sich dran. Alles zusammen, sehr sehr schön, hat sich gelohnt, Ronchi und Umgebung sind wunderschön.

Die Betreuung und der Empfang durch Herrn Friedrich war super gut. Sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der riesige Balkon war der Hit. Einzig: Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung und wir mussten uns erst einmal die ersten Tage an den Lärm gewöhnen. Der öffentliche Strand ist doch etwas weit entfernt, zumal wir kein Auto dabei hatten. Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber - einzig der Backofen bräuchte eine rundum Reinigung, den konnten wir nicht einsetzen.

Lage: Ja, leider wenn die Distanz zum Meer und Geschäften circa 100 Meter ist dann gibt es ein bisschen mehr Lärm als normal aber das Pro sich ohne Auto bewegen zu können ist bestimmt Super. :)
