La casa vacanze è immersa nella zona verde chiamata Poveromo e a pochi passi dal mare, che si può raggiungere con facilità anche con le due biciclette in dotazione.
Il Marinaio vi offre tutti i comfort, come aria condizionata nelle camere da letto, connessione ad internet WiFi ed una Smart TV.
Il giardino, completamente privato e recintato, offre 1 posto auto ed è suddiviso in due aree:
- Fronte: a prato con fiori e terrazza fronte casa con sedute per rilassarsi.

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten. und überdachter Terrasse. Sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Mit den vorhandenen Rädern ist der Strand schnell erreichbar. Das Auto oder mitgebrachtes Steht auf dem Grundstück sicher geparkt. Einzig die Nebenkosten Für Bettwäsche, Strom, Heizung und Kurtaxe sollte man beim Preis beachten. Ansonsten super schön.

la casa ha un'ottima struttura e si vede che è stata abitata da persone che l'hanno curata nei dettagli la recente ristrutturazione ha portato i bagni in particolare ad uno stato moderno gli spazi sono adeguati, la zona esterna nella parte posteriore ottima per i pasti. c'è qualche piccolo segno del tempo per esempio in qualche presa elettrica che andrebbe sistemata ma sono dettagli minori. da segnalare anche che la casa è molto fresca le dotazioni di cucina sono ampie e complete. una nota positiva anche la pulizia e l'ordine. sicuramente torneremmo e la consiglieremmo ps un grande plus sono state le biciclette a disposizione davvero comodissime

We had an enjoyable week in the house. There was plenty of room for the three of us. It was great having a covered patio at the back of the house, which felt very private. As it got warmer towards the end of our stay, it was nice having air conditioning in the bedrooms. The beach was only 5 mins away by bike. The nearest public beach was only a little further along the promenade. The only slight downside was the lack of decent noise insulation. This is doubtless subjective and depends on what you're used to, but the single glazing meant that any noise outside passed largely unfiltered into the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the accommodation!

Great location to visit the surroundings as well as easy access to the numerous beaches. The place is comfortable for a family of five, including one younger kid who slept in the extra bed in the master bedroom. Fully renovated with functional supplies. Loved the patio in the back for peacefully meals with family. Check in super easy.

We booked accommodation at the last minute. I thought we were making a compromise with the choice. In reality, everything turned out better than expected. The landlord was accommodating. For example, the photos on Airbnb with a living room with a black leather sofa and a glass table and transparent chairs really put me off. In reality, it looked good and everything suddenly fit the interior of the house. The accommodation was excellent for us and our dog. The fenced garden and the location near the sea were important to us. We used our own bikes and one local one. . The dog could move freely around the garden. The neighbours were very friendly and tolerant. We only noticed noise from the entertainment on Thursday and Friday nights. It was nothing unbearable. The noise is audible, but it is far away. The bathrooms are new. Minimum mosquitoes. Two terraces are pleasant. You can always find a place in the shade. I can recommend the accommodation. For a family of 4-5 + dog = ideal.

The Il Marinaio holiday house was a lovely, quiet, comfortable home for us during our stay at the Ligurian sea. It has everything you need for a longer stay: the accommodation is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, AC, bikes etc. The two bathrooms were very convenient for a family of five.
It was marvelous to sit on the terrasses under the trees, in the refreshing shadow and the perfumed scent of the pines. The beach is within walking distance, and shops and sights are also within reach by car, We enjoyed our stay and definitely would choose this place again if we return to the area where there are so much to see.

Wir haben auch in diesem Jahr wieder wunderschöne entspannte Urlaubstage im Ferienhaus in Massa verbracht. Nachdem wir nun schon das dritte Jahr in Folge dorthin kommen, fühlen wir uns ganz wie Zuhause. Vielen Dank für den lieben Empfang mit diversen italienischen Leckereien am Tag unserer Ankunft Ian! Es war alles wie immer sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die neuen Terrassenmöbel vor dem Haus sind sehr schön und wir haben jeden Abend gemeinsam dort gesessen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt, im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen! Liebe Grüße Familie Haller ☀️

Das Haus bietet alles was es für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kücheneinrichtung und Ausstattung ist äusserst umfangreich und sehr hochwertig. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, was unser Hund (und auch wir) sehr geniessen konnte. Wir werden das Haus für einen weiteren Aufenthalt gerne immer wieder in Betracht ziehen. Insbesondere ist auch die Kommunikation mit Italica Rentals (Herrn Fridrich) sehr zuvorkommend und sollte überall so sein, herzlichen Dank für Alles!

Wir waren im Herbst in der Wohnung. Alle Angaben aus dem Inserat entsprachen der Realität. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt einige Restaurants in Reichweite. Die Wohnung liegt in einer guten und (zumindest im Herbst) sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir hatten mit 5 Personen eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft.

- Що треба забирати сортоване сміття, в місцині немає , де його залишити, сходи на 2 й поверх можуть не всім підійти

Die Doppelhaushälfte war für uns super! Alle täglichen Wege konnten wir mit den beiden zur Verfügung gestellten Rädern oder zu Fuß erledigen, z.B. war der Strand sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Für unseren Hund war der komplett eingezäunte Garten perfekt! Auch dass das Auto auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden kann fanden wir sehr gut! Insgesamt war das Haus mit seiner Nähe zum Strand und zu schönen Orten für uns perfekt!

Gute Unterkunft. War den Preis Wert. Distanz zum Strand war ok. Mit den 2 Fahrrädern war man super flexibel. Bilder entsprechen dem Haus. Gegend war sehr ruhig. Wenig Verkehr (wir waren ende Juni da). Host war gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit Ich würde wieder gehen.

Casa bella, zona un po’ isolata. Positivo per passeggiata con il cane in pineta, negativo per distanza da negozi e centro. Comodissime le biciclette in dotazione. Cucina ben attrezzata, armadio delle camere praticamente inutilizzabile perché stipato con lettino da campeggio ecc in compenso tanti cassetti disponibili

Anlage war wie beschrieben, tolle Gegend, ruhig und doch schnell im „Geschehen“. Strand fast vor der Tür (650m) Schön gelegen inmitten von schöner Grünanlagen und Pinienbäumen.

Für uns war dieser Urlaub ganz wunderbar und diese Unterkunft ein richtiger Glückstreffer! Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön! Alles war sehr sauber und richtig schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für unsere Kinder und unseren Hund. Die Sitzplätze vor und hinter dem Haus waren ganz wunderbar für gemeinsame Essen draußen und die hohen Bäume bieten Schatten und angenehme Kühle. An Ausstattung war alles da was man braucht. Und zudem alles sehr geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Auch die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Dafür nochmals vielen lieben Dank!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf! Alles in allem: einfach super!
